The department prepares students to become qualified teachers, effective leaders, change agents and academic researchers in the diverse schools and universities of New Mexico. TEELP offers initial teacher preparation programs and advanced educational degree programs that prepare graduates to be teachers, principals and educational leaders who make a difference.
