Abstract
The purposes of this study were: (1) to compare existing indoor activity space in non-resident colleges and universities to existing indoor activity space in resident colleges and universities; (2) to compare the hours when the peak load occurs in non-resident institutions to the hours when the peak load occurs in resident institutions; and (3) to compare indoor activity space in non-resident institutions with a required physical education program to non-resident institutions with an elective program.
