Personnel Files

Personnel files provided by the Archdiocese of Santa Fe contain the internal records of clergy accused of abuse. Records related to abuse include legal filings, records of complaints or other conversations with survivors, documentation of internal and external investigations, assessments following mandated counseling, documents coordinating with the Congregation of the Servants of the Paraclete, and communications with accused priests and other officials. Full personnel files have been provided, including records of assignments, transfers, promotions and ordinations, seminary study and other training, letters of congregant support and/or condemnation, and more. Some personnel files are more limited in scope, documenting the ASF’s cooperation with investigations conducted by other parishes and dioceses.
