Description

Coffee beans ripening. The state of Sao Paulo's fertile terra roxa (red earth; derived from weathering of diabase or basic igneous rock) proved ideal for coffee because of its porosity and mineral content. Bringing the coffee beans from the tree to produce the aroma rich powder is a multi-step process.Grãos de café amadurecendo. A fértil terra roxa (terra vermelha resultante da ação do tempo sobre a lava) no estado de São Paulo, provou ser ideal para o café por causa de sua porosidade e conteúdo mineral.
