Abstract

The extensive use of high-energy fuels and the development of a wide variety of high explosives have led to increased accidental and wartime exposure of men to detonations. furthermore, with the advent of the development of nuclear weapons, the need for a better under­standing of the biological effects of blast has been greatly increased.
