Abstract
The objective of this agreement is to promote research and trilateral energy development and deployment of advanced energy technologies for peaceful purposes on the basis of mutual benefit, equality and reciprocity.This collaborative effort may include research, development and deployment in the areas of renewable energy, energy efficiency, nuclear energy, fossil fuels and electricity, in order to obtain technological and scientific advances.
