This document consists of 11 comments that US hydrologist/geo-chemist Robert Moran made regarding the experts' report and Environmental Impact Assessment. It identifies the major shortcomings of the experts' analysis, namely the exclusion of important data and tests among other considerations, which, if ignored, could have future negative impacts on the environment, especially regarding water quality.
